It is under his remarkable leadership that Kashmik formulation has made a corporate turnaround and has emerged as a leading branded player from India having a strong footprint in its chosen markets. The man spearheads Kashmik formulation's foray in the regulated and emerging international markets. He has envisioned and transformed the company’s research program and manufacturing capabilities, setting-up state-of-art facilities that meet stringent regulatory requirements. His passion towards research and development has fuelled the company’s growth.

The noble and knowledgeable Director; Mr. Mahadevbhai Naranbhai Patel has set out with a vision to create a global pharmaceutical company. Offering the highest level of performance, he has been leaving no stones unturned to attain new milestones for Kashmik Formulations. His business acumen, entrepreneurial zeal, organizational skills and managerial abilities have enabled Kashmik Formulations to bloom and grow leaps and bounds while spreading its wings across the globe.

She is the Executive Director and has more than 3 years of experience & expertise in quality control and quality assurance. She has achieved a gold medal in M.Pharm for securing 1st rank. She is engaged with Quality control and production. Ms. Aruna executed several manufacturing, scale-up and commercialization projects for API, formulation and Biotech facilities. The lady has very efficiently handled Product developments for ROW & Regulated markets for Branded generics, generics and Bio-generics; she has also handled Mergers, acquisitions & Joint ventures. She has been aspiring to open up a bigger and brighter tomorrow for Kashmik Formulation & its patrons.
